We use our central container management system to control the needs-based and cost-optimized supply of reusable containers to production, suppliers and customers. We take on the following tasks for you:
Our cleaning systems are among the most modern systems that meet a residual dirt requirement of up to 200µ metallic and 500µ non-metallic. The two-lane systems are located in clean rooms and achieve a throughput of up to 1400 standard containers per hour. We have separate cleaning systems for large load carriers and plastic pallets.
In our own test laboratory, we carry out the residual dirt analysis in accordance with VDA Volume 19 and then issue a test certificate.
